About the Role
The position will be responsible of managing timely and accurate reporting of financial information and ensures all business transactions conform to the established procedures. Maintains general ledger and company interface to ensure accounting accuracy and analyze and verify accuracy of financial transactions from internal systems such Concur, Cashpool, IAS, among others. Create journal entries, reconcile sub-ledgers, prepares financial monthly/quarterly reporting. Liaises with auditors, financial institutions and government revenue agencies as required and prepares government returns.
Your Responsibilities
Highly participation in the month end close activities, for all Corp. entitiesAccount reconciliations for Real estate, Servicios and Cashpool entitiesIC invoices process and payment in SAP moduleAudit of Concur reports and interface of data into SAPIC activities for Cash pool and Real estate entities and management of SAP Aging for allBank reconciliations of the cash pooling entity between PN system and SAPReal estate accounting for two SAP entitiesMonthly determination of data for tax determination of three entities, based on SAP analyticsSupplier invoice processing in SAP moduleWho we are looking for
SAP knowledge and S4 Hana preferredMinimum experience of 3 - 5 years in financial / accounting areasAdvance excel knowledgeBilingual 70%+ capable of communicate written and speakEffective communication skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to work in multiple projects at the same timeHigh ethical standardsCommitment to department timelinesAbility to prioritize tasksYour preferred qualifications
Public accountant or similar professional profileStrong analytical and technical skills (excel) and SAP knowledge (S4Hana as a plus)Month end close activitiesParticipation in ERP systems migration/implementation as a plusHigh participation in Forecast, budget, and month end processesYou are driven by your passion for mobility, you learn continuously and make sure you never settle.
