Description:Desired Qualifications:• Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills and financial acumen• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing, cloud services, and related vendor management.• 8+ years of experience in IT contract management, procurement, or a related governance role.• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, IT Management, or a related field.Experience and / or Qualifications:• Stay updated on industry best practices, legal trends, and technology developments related to IT contracts• Monitor IT portfolio budgets, ensuring cost control and alignment with financial planning.• Identify potential risks in proposed IT contract's structure and propose mitigation strategies• Develop upstream strategies and approaches necessary to aid technology rationalization/ optimization of the IT technology portfolio• Act as a liaison by working closely with all parties including IT, architecture, security, etc, to help ensure compliance with business practices.• Develop and enhance governance frameworks while optimizing structure and requirements for IT technology procurement requests.• This specialist will help manage a technology intake process and triage and analyze IT technology procurement requests and offer informed recommendations• Capture decisions and action items via meeting minutes and follow up on timely completion of those action items.• Document your findings, recommendations, and deal summary for executives.• A key expectation is you must be proficient in identifying, assessing, and executing opportunities to improve cost, quality, partner performance, speed to market and establishing strong measure and metrics.Contract Governance and Deal Evaluation / CIO Briefing

3. Deal evaluation and recommendations.2. Management of the IT PRE-Sourcing intake process for technology evaluation1. Management of IT Contract Governance and facilitation, executive briefings, action items, meeting minutes, executive decisions.TOP THINGS:
*No mileage reimbursement for 1 round trip to Oakland or San Ramon 2-3 days per week. No meals reimbursement as the role is truly hybrid**Client laptop will be provided*
