Enterprise Principal Architect (ServiceNow) . This role, working alongside other application architects, will work with senior leaders to develop and architect strategic initiatives that align with the organization's overall objectives with a keen focus in their service management platform - ServiceNow. To be successful in this role, the
Enterprise Principal Architect (ServiceNow)
should have strong ServiceNow experience, leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, as well as a deep understanding of relevant technology trends, App Engine design patterns and best practices. Additionally, this role should be able to think strategically and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve the organization's goals.
Enterprise Principal Architect (ServiceNow) Responsibilities:Partake in the development of ServiceNow application architecture, including the Target State Application Architecture that addresses the Statement of Architecture Work and stakeholder expectationsEnsuring that ServiceNow architectures are aligned with the organization's overall solution goals and objectivesDevelop and maintain reference architecture, architecture building blocks (ABB), standards and guidelines to ensure that the organization's technology is secure and compliant with industry standardsIdentify areas for capability improvement and implementing strategies and roadmaps to address themCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and participate in prioritization initiativesStay up to date with emerging technology trends and developments and evaluating their potential impact on the organizationCommunicating technology target state, roadmap and development progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Enterprise Principal Architect (ServiceNow) Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science or related field8+ years of experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, APM, SPM, App Engine), preferred in a global capacityKnowledge of architecture governance concepts, application design patterns and best practicesExperience developing and implementing architecture governance, guidelines, procedures and standardsExperience with platforms such as Salesforce.com (Sales, Marketing Cloud), MuleSoft, Azure or Microsoft M365Proven change management skillsExcellent communication, diplomacy and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively with business and IT cross-functional teamsExperience leading a team of architects, technology owners and technology subject matter expertsStrong presentation skillsBusiness Process Model and Notation (BPMN) experience preferredWork experience at a large professional services organization a plusTOGAF and ServiceNow Technical or Master Architect certification preferred
