ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Human Resources Manager that will partner with operations leadership to develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's objectives while fostering a positive, safe and inclusive work environment. The HR Manager will oversee critical HR priorities across multiple sites including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development. This individual will maintain legal and regulatory compliance for people-related activities and service as a business partner and advisor to the operations leader.

How Will You Help?
Articulate and model the organization's values and ensure the company’s mission, vision, and valuesOversee HR priorities across multiple sites including, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development.Advise on, develop, and administer programs, processes, structures, and tools that impact organizational performance, conflict management, team building, workforce planning, succession planning, community involvement, leadership, organizational development, improve retention and employee engagement.Ensure consistency in policies, procedures, and practices while adapting to site-specific needs and requirements.Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance HR processes and practices to support the growth plans of the business.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.Analyze and administer compensation program to ensure consistency and competitiveness of the local compensation policies.Analyze training needs to design associate training and development programs.Monitor recent legal developments to assess industry trends and their applicability to the business unit.What Will You Have?
Minimum of 7 years of related human resources experience reflecting progressive growth; experience in a multi-layered manufacturing environmentpreferred.Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or a related discipline or equivalent education and experience.Broad knowledge of applicable labor and employment laws and compliance best practices, including the administration of effective employee policies and procedures.Must be able to work with and communicate with all levels and functions in the Company as a true business partner.Multi-site HR responsibility and union experience preferred but not required.
