Job Summary
RDSI is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work full or part-time at the Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA. The selected candidate will provide program support for Submarine Combat Systems. The candidate must be able to work independently to accomplish program tasking. Training for all Government processes and software will be provided.
Responsibilities
Prepare project documentation, project briefs, and reports.Prepare technical documentation, graphics, project briefs, roadmaps, and reports using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Maintain department briefs and presentations, including department overviews and one-on-one presentations.Attend office meetings, sponsor meetings, and technical and business program reviews, capturing action items and generating meeting minutes.Conference Room scheduling, meeting coordination, agendas, action items, and presentation materials.Requirements
At least 1 years of demonstrated administrative experience.Self-starter with an ability to accomplish tasking using a proactive and strategic approach.Excellent organizational skills.Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - emphasis on Word, Excel, and Power Point.U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD clearance.
