Position Summary:
Maintain the campus central office and duties within. Provide confidential support and execute tasks associated with the payroll process. Coordinate flow of associate questions and concerns.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality in all mattersAccurately and efficiently processes weekly payroll including but not limited to: Timecard exceptions daily, review of PTO report Friday and Monday to ensure all PTO is in timecards, submission of weekly incentives.Issue and process purchases orders approved by campus leadersPurchasing of supplies approved by campus leadersPerform necessary filing of all associate documents.Provides excellent customer service experience to internal and external customers, ensuring requests are addressed efficiently and follow up as needed.Partner with HR Coordinator in planning and supporting associate engagement eventsSupports HR Team in recruitmentCommunicate company initiatives in a way that engages all associatesWorking Knowledge of Microsoft Office ProgramsSkills and Abilities :
Excellent customer service, communication, verbal and written skillsMust have MS Office experience, Database and Excel, and experience maintaining composure under pressure including tight deadlines.Excellent customer service, communication, written and verbal skillsProficient use of computer for data entry and researchHighly motivated self-starter and strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail a mustMUST be able to work needed schedule to perform assigned duties.Experience:
Experience in a warehouse environment with varying conditions (i.e. cool temperatures, concrete floors)Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment
