What we are looking for:
The Product Manager (PM) will join Boundless Learning's Product and Technology group - which has direct responsibility for the quality of the products we build and support, from inception to launch.
Specifically, the PM will work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data analysts and researchers and will foster strong, collaborative connections with business leaders. We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial individual with a bias for action and completion and a desire to move quickly.
With your experience working in Agile & product-centric organizations, you will provide leadership to project teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital experience solutions, across multiple channels including web and mobile.
Displays strong leadership, organizational and execution skillsDrive the planning and execution of digital products throughout their lifecycle, collaborating across disciplines (business, technology) on the product roadmap development, requirements gathering, and release planningEngages customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic objectivesIs the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goalsIncorporates data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmapsLeads and motivates cross-functional representatives, and maintains team healthResponsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Support the build, launch, and operationalization of productsSupport continued development of Boundless Learning's white label marketplacesEngage with partners as part of the innovation pitch and launch team to define product features and address technical questionsWork cross functionally across relevant Boundless Learning teamsWork closely with development teams to ensure successful product implementationsLead delivery of large-scale projects and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.Contribute to new product strategyTranslate complex analysis to simple communicationsYou will establish product requirements, goals, indicators, and milestones and work in partnership with other teams to work on your roadmapEnvision, manage and communicate priorities, roadmap and product strategy to business and technology stakeholdersIdentify and actively build connections with relevant subject matter experts across the company to surface insights, to get them excited about what your team is building, and to pave the way for smoother future rolloutsGain a holistic understanding of customers' needs and identify the most optimal user experience required to support that, with a keen eye for building a beautiful, scalable productEnsure successful product launches with go-to-market activities and post-launch analysis to inform future product directionServe as a product owner on the scrum team(s) and work with engineers to deliver a quality product on timeThings That Should Be In Your Background:
You have 2+ years of experience in product managementDegree in Product Management or equivalentAgile product certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified SAFe PO/PM) or equivalent experienceKnowledge of technical engineering concepts (i.e., test-driven development, continuous delivery, etc.)You have a passion for delivering an outstanding digital product experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle to coordinate successful product launchesYou empathize with users and thrive when analyzing & understanding partner feedback and collaborating with UI/UX designersYou enjoy digging deep into the data, analyzing user feedback and using these insights to drive product improvementsYou have demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmapYou have a talent for building cross-functional connections with teams outside of your ownExperience working and delivering product or services in an agile/lean environmentYou have strong written and verbal communication skills and are great at explaining highly technical topics to technical and non-technical audiencesYou have a can-do attitude, a bias for action and completion and an ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneouslyYou strike a healthy balance between speed of execution and maintaining a high-quality bar; you perform quality review of major product deliverables and have high standards and strong dedication to product successAbility to work under pressure, manage stakeholder expectations appropriately, and proactively manage risks and issuesOutcomes-motivated, ability to determine Indicators and explain how they can be met by the product plan.
