Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best termsUnderstand clients' desires and financial capabilities to provide suitable suggestionsFacilitate negotiations and maintain good conduct between sellers and buyers for a mutually beneficial understandingProvide information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availabilityGenerate and manage lists of properties for saleRequirements
