About LIV Golf

The LIV Golf League is the world's only global golf league featuring 13 teams, a 14-tournament schedule, and many of the world's best golfers. Launched in 2022, the League was designed to expand the sport on a global level and create new value within the golfing ecosystem while enhancing the game's societal impact. A landmark investment by LIV Golf also launched The International Series, a set of 10 enhanced events sanctioned by the Asian Tour, with elevated prize funds in world-class destinations, offering a pathway for leading professional and amateur golfers from around the world into the LIV Golf League. Role Objective:

The Project Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiency and ensuring the seamless alignment and timely completion of all projects within Team Business Operations. By maintaining a strategic, high-level oversight of all team-related activities across departments, the Project Manager ensures that key milestones are met, dependencies are managed, and project timelines remain on track.

This role is pivotal in keeping stakeholders informed and accountable, enabling proactive decision-making at leadership levels. Through meticulous tracking, reporting, and process optimization, the Project Manager will be essential in fostering a culture of operational excellence and cross-team collaboration, contributing directly to the department's success in meeting its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Tracking + Database Creation:

Create and manage a master Teams Project Databased on a shared platform to track initiatives across all LIV Golf teams and Team Business Operations.Regularly update the board to reflect project status, key milestones, deadlines, and upcoming tasks.Monitor interdependencies and address any potential delays to ensure projects stay on schedule.Database should be kept live and updated, so that all league departments can access to review status updates.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with internal team members to gather input on ongoing projects and upcoming tasks.

Ensure all stakeholders are aware of project timelines, deliverables, and progress.Serve as the central point of communication for project updates, keeping team members and leadership informed of key developments.

Internal Reporting:

Lead the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports for LIV leadership.Provide concise and actionable updates on project progress, identifying any risks or bottlenecks and proposing solutions.Ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting, supporting decision-making at leadership levels.

Oversee and optimize internal project management processes to ensure efficiency, clarity, and adherence across teams.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project execution, recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize workflow.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on tracking, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.Experience in creating new processes and solutions to manage projects, including project management platform creation and implementationProficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms.Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines simultaneously.Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at gathering inputs from various stakeholders and facilitating collaboration.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing projects with urgency while maintaining high-quality standards.Experience in reporting to senior leadership, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.

This role is primarily focused on high-level project tracking, reporting, and coordination. The Project Manager will maintain oversight across various team activities, ensuring that projects progress smoothly without directly handling day-to-day project execution. The role requires a strategic mindset, with an emphasis on driving accountability and efficiency across the department, ensuring project timelines are met and stakeholders are kept on track.
