EOF Student Engagement Assistant (PT)

We are seeking an EOF Student Engagement Assistant who will report to the Senior Counselor. This person will supply student-facing and administrative support to facilitate effective and efficient daily office operations and the overall success of EOF's Counseling program efforts.
This is a part-time, hourly position.
Example of Duties
Assist with the development, administration, and evaluation of student outreach and retention efforts.Maintain accurate records of student progress and interactions.Develops programming and provides resources to students in support of their academic progress and career development.Complete various tasks associated with program event preparation.Develop program promotional material for events and student outreach.Provide support for PCCC programming and recruitment event as necessary.Communicate regularly and professionally with assigned students and help grow their awareness of opportunities, policies, and support services.Participate in orientation, training, professional development workshops, and other meetings as required.Qualifications
Associate's degree in Education, Humanities, Liberal Arts, or related field.Experience in higher education setting working with students in person and virtually.Must be able to communicate effectively verbally. in writing, and in interpersonal relationships, as part of an administrate team.Must be very organized, detail oriented and maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.Experience using Microsoft Suite and Zoom.Ability to manage a variety of priorities.Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner.
The completion of a background check will be a required for the selected candidate.
