LOOKING FOR QUALIFIED POOL CAGE & ELITE ROOM PROJECT MANAGER (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
LOCAL PERMITTING & HOA COMPLIANCE EXPERIENCE
READ, INTERPRET & TAKEOFF FROM BLUEPRINT/CAD EXPERIENCE

Field Supervisor . If you are a multi-tasker, can be a team player but also have the capability of working on your own, we would like to talk! We offer a competitive hourly, excellent benefits including 401K after 60 days and room to grow. The Field Supervisor position is a key role, responsible for overseeing the crews and managing customer projects to ensure high quality production and exceptional customer experience.
Applicants should display excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as exceptional knowledge and skill within the construction industry.
Responsibilities
• Job and Project Management
• Recruit, hire, and train crews
• Oversee performance of the crews and train them on proper procedures.
• Ensure that crews know details of job to be installed and have loaded proper materials and equipment on truck.
• Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors.
• Recruit and onboard subcontractors.
• Review Subcontractor pricing to ensure costs stay in line.
• Know and train on proper installation procedures for all of the company products.
• Conduct measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly.
• Obtain Building Permits as required.
• Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented.
• Conduct installation and safety meetings.
• Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficul
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years' experience in carpentry and general construction.
• 3-5 years' supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience leading or managing construction crews.
• Prior experience with project management.
• Prior experience in dealing with various trades and sub-contractors.
• Ability to demonstrate strong customer-relations skills.
