Position Summary:
We are seeking an External Reporting Senior Analyst to support the growth of the Company. This role will assist in the preparation and review of SEC filings, including our Forms 10-Q and 10-K and quarterly earnings releases. This role will also help manage the Company's internal control over financial reporting/SOX compliance activities with our external internal control service provider and the Company's tax compliance and planning activities with the Company tax service provides. This position will work closely with the operational accounting team.
Responsibilities:Prepare and review SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks) and assist with XBRL review process utilizing Workiva Wdesk financial reporting software;Prepare and review quarterly earnings releases and other investor documents;Prepare tie-outs to supporting documentation for SEC filings, earnings releases and investor documents;Prepare and post in NetSuite monthly equity activity, including the recognition of shared-based compensation;Document and maintain all Sarbanes-Oxley control documentation;Serve as a primary contact of our third-party internal control/internal audit service provider, including providing supporting documentation and service coordination;Serve as a primary contact of the external auditors during quarterly reviews and the year-end audit, including providing supporting documentation and service coordination;Provide financial information to external tax specialists for quarterly income tax provision and estimated payments, tax compliance, tax planning, and other tax engagements;Research accounting guidance and assist with implementation of new accounting pronouncements and maintenance of existing accounting policies; andParticipate in process improvement initiativesA candidate should expect their time to be allocated across these responsibilities as follows:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or higherCPA license, or seeking licensureExperience and Skills:
2+ years in public accounting and/or SEC reportingUnderstanding of design and implementation of internal controls over financial reportingOrganized and proactive with an ability to manage multiple activitiesAbility to anticipate process issues and solve problems in a dynamic environmentAbility to build strong working relationships and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and partnershipsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsThe ability to work as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-orientedPreferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Wdesk financial reporting software (Workiva)Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite ERP systemPractical experience in industry supporting either accounting, internal controls, or external reportingDemonstrated ability to lead othersU.S. Person Required:
