Job Responsibilities:

Oversee preventive maintenance programs, fleet budgets, repairs, and record-keeping.Select, purchase, and manage vehicle disposal based on operational needs and budget.Supervise pre/post-trip inspections, accident reporting, and fuel procedures; liaise with Airport Authorities and DOT.Ensure timely vehicle maintenance, minimize downtime, and extend vehicle life.Maintain fleet cleanliness and suggest cost-saving improvements.Lead fleet safety audits, investigate complaints, and manage insurance claims.Control fleet costs, fuel efficiency, and compliance with regulations.Manage Fleet Maintenance Mechanics, repairs, and part sourcing.Track fleet performance using GPS/telematics, optimize routes, and implement safety policies.Develop and manage fleet budgets, forecast needs, and analyze costs.Promote eco-friendly practices, negotiate with service providers, and report fleet performance data.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation is usually necessary.Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, procurement, and logistics operations.Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients.Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving to optimize fleet performance.Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.Experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.Able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.Self-organized, proactive, and excellent in planning.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Flexible schedule (night, weekends, holidays).What We Offer:
