We are currently recruiting a full-time
Staff Accountant.
In this role, you will receive comprehensive onboarding and training, generous pay, a dedicated mentor, and gain valuable experience and insight.

Responsibilities:
Prepares client documents Assumes responsibility for completing engagements Completes assigned engagement tasks Interacts with clients and in-charge regarding the status of client engagements on occasion Manages and completes multiple projects and tasks on a timely basis while monitoring time spent Becomes familiar with the rules, regulations, and codes of the AICPA and the State of Board of Accountancy Works under direct supervision Participates in meeting client deadlines Begins to learn how to become a consultant for clients Assists leadership team with practice development Learn about the services offered to existing clients Begin to understand how to attract new clients to the firm and how to build a network of referral sources Understand how we enhance the firm's image and reputation Understand how to follow firm production standards Ensures engagement efficiencies of realization and production hours are met Learns best practices for the firm to ensure sustainability Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related finance degree Taking steps towards achieving career designations (CPA, EA, etc.) 0-1 years of current or recent experience in public accounting Personable, ambitious, and looking for a career path opportunity Able to foster strong relations built on trust and credibility Focused on meeting client requirements and deadlines Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Detail focused and driven to achieve high standards Proficient with Microsoft Office products Experience with accounting industry software (including, but not limited to, data analytics and document management software) Must be able to work overtime to meet client needs beyond regularly scheduled workday (evenings and weekends) Some local and overnight travel may be required for this position.
