About this role: Sibylline is hiring an embedded
Emergency Communications Program Specialist
to join our growing Insights and Global Initiatives team supporting our client's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). Based from anywhere in the US (virtual role) and reporting to the Emergency Communications Program Manager, the Program Specialist will collaborate with business partners, enterprise colleagues, and external stakeholders to develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated emergency messaging capabilities in support of the GSOC's corporate security and crisis management framework. The Program Specialist will develop and maintain communications systems and advocate for the program's success and growth. The individual should be comfortable talking about technical matters with business teams and business matters with technical teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage projects related to the Emergency Communications Program, enabling GSOC teams to launch rapid and effective messaging to people who need it, when they need it;Support the strategic growth of the program and services offered to GSOC customers;Coordinate across internal and external teams to support the development and deployment of emergency messaging processes and goals;Help leaders develop proactive crisis communications plans to ensure readiness;Ability to "roll up your sleeves" when needed, and support crisis-related messaging requirements such as message design, analytics, and follow-up activities.Qualifications
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Minimum
Thinks big and has conviction, has extremely high standards on behalf of our customers, and exhibits excellent judgement;At least two years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams;Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements;Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;Experience working with geographically diverse internal team and/or external partners;Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment driven by software systems and processes;High-level proficiency with MS Office Suite and programs, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word;Strong writing skills.Desired
Prior exposure and use of emergency communications technologies, methodology, and functions;Experience in corporate security;Experience working in a big tech industry.

The remuneration for this role is negotiable for the right candidate, dependent on qualifications, aptitude and experience. The salary range is $85,000 - $95,000/ year.
