Work in our luxury furniture showroom.Achieve sales goals by executing the client's vision and providing leadership in design projectsAssist in qualifying and identifying client needs, layouts, and presentationsConduct house calls and provides updates to client's orders on a regular basis, follow through after delivery, and provide answers to product care, warranty, and sales and programsProcess all custom sales for clientsAssist in the implementation of the sales floor planMerchandise accessories and rooms within the storeEnsure proper tagging and visual requirements are metAssist with annual inventory and periodic cycle countsWhat You Bring:
One year of experience in design and/or a luxury retail environment is the minimum preferredFour-year degree in Design, Industrial Design, or trade membership in the Design field is preferredAbility and aptitude to sell luxury productsTechnical knowledge of space planning and ability to use planning software preferredKnowledge of the design industry including knowledge of fabrics and applications and general design practices preferredExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsGood computer skills - knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word required and ability to use general technical equipment such as phone, tablet, iPad, desktop, laptop, etc.Problem-solving skills and a positive, professional demeanor are requiredClean motor vehicle record required
