Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP).
The organization is seeking candidates passionate about on helping individuals with autism reach their full potential.
Responsibilities :Provide clinical supervision to a team of dedicated professionalsDevelop and implement behavior therapy treatment plansConduct behavioral, functional, and psychometric evaluationsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive careMaintain accurate and confidential client recordsEssential Job Functions :
Demonstrate knowledge of professional and ethical clinical standardsUtilize behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior changeConduct research and contribute to the advancement of the fieldCommunicate effectively with team members and familiesTravel to worksites and offices using a personal vehicleSkills:
State of MN licensure (LMFT, LICSW, LP, or LPCC)Strong understanding of behavior therapy and ASDExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThis position allows you to be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about providing the best treatment and opportunities for children and adolescents with ASD. Your work will directly impact the lives of individuals and their families, making a lasting difference in our community.
