Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to support their leadership team. This role will report direcly to the COO.
The Finance Manager t will wear many hats, providing high-level administrative support, managing finances, coordinating meetings, and handling various contact/consultant management tasks. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities: Support financial operations alongside the COO, including budgets, audits, and tax preparation. Serve on the Leadership Team. Oversee financial functions, such as invoicing, reporting, banking, and accounts receivable. Manage contract commitments and project expenditures with COO and PMs to ensure budget alignment. Provide financial support to the COO and assist with strategic planning. Maintain relationships with key vendors, clients, and financial partners. Assist with contract and subconsultant agreements, including tracking and client reporting. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required Proficient in Project Management and Accounting Software Excellent organizational and communication skills. Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
