The Sales Appointment Setter(Bilingual) position involves making outbound calls to potential clients to gather information needed to assist the sales team in closing deals. The role requires serving as the first point of contact for clients pre-sale, ensuring customer information is accurate based on their product needs, and providing exceptional customer service to build a strong brand reputation. The ideal candidate should have excellent phone etiquette and be comfortable with outbound high call volume.
**This role is onsite Mon-Friday 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to gather information needed to assist Scent Consultants in closing salesServe as the first point of contact for client pre-saleWork closely with the sales team to ensure customer information is accurate based on their product needsProvide exceptional customer service and build a strong brand reputation with potential clientsPreform other duties as assigned by manager.Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experienceMinimum of 3 years of relevant work experienceStrong scheduling and appointment-setting experienceExperience in a luxury brand atmosphere is highly preferredCalendar managementOutbound high call volumeCustomer service experienceCRM experience (Salesforce preferred)Strong data entry skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelOutgoing and professional phone presenceStrong organizational skills while multitaskingAbility to work with a strong sense of urgencyDemonstrated record of taking initiativeCompensation and Benefits:
