The Product team uses creativity, research, insights, and operational excellence to steer our product vision across Snap Inc. This team of Designers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Snap's advertising platform and user experiences. Together these teams drive value and success to our customers and bring our community together in new and special ways.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc!

What you'll do:

Lead the vision, strategy, development and launch of our ad formats

Identify and prioritize new ways to drive intentful interactions with ads on Snapchat

Ideate net new advertising Snapchatter experiences which delight advertisers and Snapchatters

Navigate app redesigns and evolve our ad experiences to align with our consumer experience

Integrate quantitative and qualitative information into product requirements

Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization

Leverage data to deeply understand and then optimize the ideal types of ad creatives on Snapchat

Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to understand patterns and trends and identify new opportunities for growth

Work with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Marketing, etc. to build, test, and ship products

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Experience taking one or more products through the full product cycle, from requirements to launch

Experience defining vision, strategy, and roadmap to develop advertising or consumer facing products for mobile

Ability to initiate and drive projects from concept to completion

Experience running and analyzing UI centric A/B tests

Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis

Strong design instincts and product sense

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

5+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or graduate degree in a technical field (e.g. computer science, engineering) or statistics related field

Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution

Ability to create innovative products that improve the way people live and communicate

Past experience working with design teams on developing advertising formats

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base salary range for this position is $202,000-$303,000 annually.

Zone B:The base salary range for this position is $192,000-$288,000 annually.

Zone C:The base salary range for this position is $172,000-$257,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
