Position responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project schedules using P6 or similar scheduling software- Monitor project progress and performance against baseline schedules and budgets- Conduct cost management activities including estimating, forecasting, and variance analysis- Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting project delivery- Prepare and present reports on project performance to stakeholders
Position essential job functions:- Oversee and manage project schedules, costs, and controls- Ensure project delivers within budget and schedule constraints- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in transportation, rail, airport, and aviation projects- Collaborate with internal teams to drive project success- Provide support in the development of project control plans and processes
Position skills:- 4+ years of experience in project controls- Proficient in scheduling software, particularly P6- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
Base Salary:
$125,000-$180,000
