Job Summary:
The Senior Program Manager will oversee the development and implementation of processes to prioritize and manage strategic initiatives within the Client Medical Surgical Organization. This role requires managing a portfolio of projects, particularly within eCommerce platform operations, product execution, and transformation, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Communities and integration. The Program Manager will ensure project alignment with business goals, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across departments (Product, Sales, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Legal) to prioritize and track projects, identify risks, and communicate updates.
• Manage critical eCommerce portal initiatives, breaking down work for accelerated value delivery.
• Drive eCommerce transformation initiatives with best practices to enhance delivery speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Track milestones and ensure alignment with articulated business values at the end of each delivery cycle.
• Act as the primary contact for initiatives, guiding them from planning to realization of business value.
• Support Portfolio Managers and Business Owners in structuring Business Cases and defining MVPs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and teams to create Product and Release Roadmaps.
• Organize and facilitate key project discussions, updates, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
• Lead initiatives to achieve program goals, manage scope, timelines, and address risks or roadblocks.
• Advocate for Project Management methodologies and tools, promoting structure and consistency.
• Build internal customer relationships and manage communication with stakeholders and project teams.
Required Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of experience in cross-functional roles within large, global organizations, focusing on eCommerce and Portal Technologies in healthcare.
• Proven experience managing programs involving Salesforce Communities deployment.
• Knowledge of AI/ML automation for Customer Care Services integrated with Salesforce.
• Technical knowledge to understand architecture and solution design, particularly integrating Salesforce with eCommerce systems.
• Strong experience with SDLC, Product Development Lifecycle, and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Proven leadership in managing large, cross-functional programs, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or Healthcare-related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with next-generation program/project management tools and KPIs specific to program management.
• Experience with conflict resolution, prioritization, and negotiation within matrix organizations.
• PMP certification is a plus.
Certifications:
• PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.
