POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) plays a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and decision-making across our organization. Responsible for financial planning and modeling. Manages the financial analysis projects and statistical studies. Provides key financial analysis and management reporting by managing various monthly reporting processes. Provides guidance on investment and project decisions. This role is instrumental in supporting our ambitious growth trajectory, particularly through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and variances to identify trends and opportunities.Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential acquisitions and strategic investments.Conduct financial due diligence and develop financial models to support M&A decisions.Assist in post-merger integration activities, ensuring financial synergies are realized.Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and the Board of Directors.Provide actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance.Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other departments to streamline processes and improve financial reporting accuracy.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CPA is preferred but not requiredQualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and M&A within a corporate environment, preferably in the environmental services or related industry.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling software).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
