Analyst II Outbound Logistics
What You'll be Trusted to Deliver:Responsible for managing the daily Workflow process as it relates to the Warehouse Management Systems, Outbound routing package and Ordering Entry Systems as well as acts as a liaison to the IT Department. Coordinates the workflow requirements with business partners.Ensures total customer service satisfaction with Retail, Merchandising, Trucking, Vendors and Partner ProvidersCommunicates with Demand management team as necessary to resolve any retail ordering issuesWill assist in training new associates in WMS, ITM and Order Entry activities and systems hardware troubleshootingResponsible for evaluating and recommending modifications to procedures or processes impacting their workflow or teamBe able to handle day to day problems associated with the flow of orders, system issues, emergency situations with a DC facility or storesAct as the technical resource within their area of responsibilityContribute to writing Standard Operating Procedure manuals for all tasksOther duties will applyWorking Schedule:Hybrid: 3 days in office (working hours).Second Shift: 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm.Rotating Weekend ShiftQualifications:
Education & Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.Familialarity with the following computer programs: SEGA, WMS, TLM, Excel.Collaboration experience with vendors, transportation providers, & third-party consultantsKnowledge:Basic knowledge of the trucking industry, distribution, and/or replenishment functionsBasic professional level of knowledge for company, business and industry practicesSkills:
Demonstrate a personal acceptance of change and the ability to adapt and drive changeExcellent organizational, planning, influence, communication, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and persuasive in presenting and selling ideas and executing their implementationExcellent communication skillsAbilities:Ability to manage day to day activity for identified responsibilitiesAbility to influence without authorityAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to think innovativelyAbility to work with all levels of managementActive listener with an ability to build trust across varying levels of the organizationDemonstrate an ability to implement and analyze retail business using consumer insights and analyzing trends.
