Job Description:
Sweve Tech LTD is a leading technology company based in Dallas, Texas. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Customer Service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
As a Dispatcher/Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include dispatching technicians to customer locations, managing service requests, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Receive and prioritize service requests from customers via phone, email, or online platforms
- Dispatch technicians to customer locations based on urgency and availability
- Monitor and track technician progress to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician schedules, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or dispatching role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
- Knowledge of technical terminology and experience in the technology industry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
