Shifts Available:8 hour shiftSaturday & SundayResponsibilities:
Supervise, coach and develop the nursing staff to improve their performanceCommunicate effectively with physicians, families and our pharmacyMeets nursing operational standards by contributing information to reviews, implementing production and customer-service standards, and resolving problemsCompletes resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff, and following up on work resultsEstablishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families/friendsResolves resident needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategiesMaintains safe and clean working environmentMaintains nursing supplies inventoryMaintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information & responding to requestsQualifications:
Current Oklahoma or Multi-State RN LicenseCurrent CPR certification
