The Administrative Assistant II position will provide specialized administrative support for the Access to Program. Tasks include:

• *Creation of AV Program Manual• *File gathering and data entry of AV program documents• *Scanning and photocopying of AV training documents -required for record-keeping• Review and processing TEC's• MS Access data collection entry• Development of SV provider directory - lists of providers• *Research and analysis of local court rules (Standard 5.20(r)) and drafting up into database or excel• *Clean up AV GDrive folder• *Consolidate the FY's end of the year data collection reports; and grantee FY data reports vis clients served -into excel spreadsheet• *Compilation and updating AV data files to bring up to-date, current (last update of files was 2014)• Other duties as assigned.

• Advanced skills -Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Access database• Familiarity with SharePoint• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency /advanced skills with data entry• Project coordination skills• Extremely organized and detail-oriented• Excellent customer service (via contacting the courts and other professionals)
