Overnight Security Officer (Full Time) to join this gorgeous Atlanta property!

Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this Forbes 4-Star hotel is a 42-story tower with over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

As an Overnight Security Officer, you would be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Create a safe and secured environment for our guests and team members by maintaining a professional presence in hotel lobby.Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions.Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property.Promote safe work practices.Monitor security cameras.Operate the fire alarm panel.Initiates preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed.Writes reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed.Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.Effectively distribute keys in accordance with key control policy and conduct daily audits.What are we looking for?
