Overview: The U.S. Health and Human Services, Program Support Center on behalf of the Federal Occupational Health Service (FOHS) has a requirement to provide national staffing services. The purpose of this opportunity is to provide professional medical staffing, occupational health professionals and ancillary staff in support of various Occupational Health Centers (OHCs) located throughout the United States.
Tasks & Responsibilities:Responsible for coordination and implementation of FOHS specific occupational health center staff orientation and FOHS specific ongoing training, nation-wide.Develops educational templates and programs to enhance and standardize occupational nursing/physician skills.Coordinates program research efforts.Serves as a nurse consultant to enhance the training skills of Operations Managers and Area Nurse Managers in FOHS'.Maintains FOHS specific training records.Keeps up to date on changes in health care process and technology.
Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.Masters in Nursing or Education.Two (2) years experience as a nurse educator.
Security Clearance Requirements:An active Secret Clearance is required.
