, Inc. has an immediate need for a Contracts Administrator IV to join the contracts and procurement team at our HQ in Research Park, Huntsville, AL.
There is a $5,000.00 hire-in bonus associated with the position.
Description:
The Contracts Administrator IV is a senior position in the Contracts Department working in collaboration with designated department Manager to develop contract solutions (such as FFP, FPLOE, CPAF, CPFF, T&M, or LH) responding to time sensitive requirements of Governmental, Federal Prime, and Commercial clients' Requests for Quote, Requests for Pricing, or other contracts related submissions.
Responsibilities:Develops and negotiates prime and subcontract proposals compliant for DoD/Federal Agency requirements utilizing contracting methods for all phases of the proposal process, from proposal strategy through negotiations to award execution.Ensures proposals and all deliverables (CDRLs) are submitted in accordance with company policies and Government requirements.Supports internal and external contract audits, as required by the company, Government, and/or prime contractors.Performs other duties as assigned and may require working beyond normal business hours and travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations.Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related discipline; Masters' highly preferred.10 years of Government Contracts Management experience reflecting increasing responsibilities and working with others.Three years' experience of demonstrated ability to successfully administer detailed Government CONUS and/or OCONUS contracts in high-paced work environments.Experience administering Government Contracts, Multiple Award IDIQ, GSA Schedules, BPAs, Subcontracts, and Task Orders.Experience administering contracts supporting Foreign Military Sales requirements, Service Contract Labor Standards (formerly known as the Service Contract Act of 1965), and/or Collective Bargaining Agreements is a plus.Juris Doctor degree
in Business Law with 4 years' experience in corporate or contracts law satisfies the 10-year requirement for this position.
Duties are not remote and must be performed at the Huntsville, AL corporate office location.
