A Design-Build firm in the
GREENVILLE SOUTH CAROLINA
area is looking for a proven Senior Project Manager with a strong background on diverse light industrial construction projects. They are also considering Project Managers with enough experience who are looking to take the next step as a Senior Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities Include:Oversee and assist with various projects and project managersEnsure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and within scopeDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsLead and direct the work of other project team members as neededClient follow-up and retentionSkills and Requirements:
Industrial/Commercial Construction Management degree, or equivalentKnowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeoutExcellent time management skillsExtensive experience in cost controlsGreat interpersonal and communication skills
