Job Description:Are you a tech-savvy professional passionate about driving digital transformation through Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform solutions?We seek a dedicated Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's digital future.
In this role, you'll guide our organization in adopting industry best practices for managing a multitude of apps and scaling up development while also collaborating with Enterprise IT to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:Lead the development and enhancement of SharePoint main sites and subsites, as well as PowerApps model and canvas-driven apps.Design, implement, and optimize workflows and automation using Power Automate to drive operational efficiency.Integrate Dataverse with Microsoft 365 services, external databases, and third-party applications to deliver innovative solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and maintenance, along with 3+ years in Power Platform.Proven ability to collaborate with citizen developers and Enterprise IT teams to achieve optimal solutions.Extensive knowledge of SharePoint content management, PowerShell scripting, and automation for Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.Demonstrated experience in developing custom applications using Microsoft Dataverse and Power Apps.Preferred Qualifications:Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platforms, including SharePoint, PowerApps, Flow, Teams, Power BI, RPA, and Azure.Excellent understanding of Federal agency IT policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are highly desirable.
