What You Will Do:
Project Planning: Create comprehensive plans that outline project scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements. Budget Management: Monitor and control project finances, ensuring that costs stay within budgetary constraints. Timeline Management: Keep projects on schedule by tracking progress, addressing delays, and adjusting plans as necessary. Subcontractor Management: Collaborate with subcontractors, material suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure obligations are met. Client Communication: Regularly update clients on project status, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive client relationship. Site Inspection: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being done according to specifications and quality standards. Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during the reconstruction process to minimize delays and disruptions. Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation including invoices, work orders, change orders, supplements, and progress reports. Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality standards to ensure the reconstruction work meets or exceeds expectations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements. What You Will Need:
3+ years of residential construction experience 1+ year experience working with insurance claims in the restoration industry Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret insurance claim estimates, building specifications and other documents Working knowledge of project management and restoration software What You Will Get:
