A Hillman Territory Manager facilitates the success of our customers, our organization, and our shareholders. Through Sales and Service, our Territory Manager team prepares for and maintains consistent sales calls, ensuring that all Hillman customers have well performing & relevant offerings, maintain proper inventory levels, and have support in solving retail related problems. This team identifies relevant objectives in the industry and builds custom planograms tailored to each retailer's business model to fulfill the customer's needs. Hillman Territory Managers also provide customizable support for our customer's desired retail structure and inventory management needs.

The Hillman Territory Manager will have the opportunity to:Cultivate relationships with in-store management and personnelSell in relevant product lines to grow the customer's businessGrow existing product lines through business review and customizationExecute a regular and consistent call cycle, comprised of sales calls that are well prepared for and centered around meeting sales objectives and supporting our customers through writing stock orders, reviewing previous orders, and implementing product line changes that take maximize productivity of retail space.Increase compensation through overperforming sales objectives to achieve uncapped monthly bonuses, additional new product commissions, spiffs for meeting benchmark program adoption measures, and earn passive income through commissions from hardware co-op partner program adoption.Grow territory sales volume to earn a promotion to Territory Manager II (Full Commission + bonus structure for overperforming sales objectives, additional new product commissions, spiffs for meeting benchmark program adoption measures, and earn passive income through commissions from hardware co-op partner program adoption)A successful candidate will:

Work Environment

Sales/Service: Environment varies due to location/store set-up. May be exposed to cramped quarters, dust, fumes, or odors. Travel required daily. May have to drive 200 miles daily. Hand/eye coordination required. Function vision and hearing required.

Physical Demands

Sales/Service: Medium, lifting up to 30 lbs., occassionally pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
