The Practice Management Administrator oversees the recruitment, contracting, and performance management of healthcare providers. They manage relationships with vendors for staff recruitment, coordinate scheduling to improve productivity, and handle the onboarding and offboarding processes in conjunction with the medical staff office. Additionally, they oversee the academic support for residents and fellows, ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Practice Management of Medical Staff
Oversee the entire provider recruitment process, including job postings and internal hiring procedures. Drive provider recruitment and retention.Manage provider contracts, track renewals, key notice dates, and contract deliverables, including NP/PA collaboration agreements.Conduct annual reviews, implement corrective actions, and manage provider performance.Oversee the academic support relationships from a Graduate Medical Education (GME) perspective for residents and fellows.Maintain and manage relationships with vendors for both locum tenens and permanent staff recruitment.Support scheduling providers for patient times to enhance productivity.Manage the moonlighter pool and coordinate community providers for weekend coverage.Monitor and oversee physician productivity as it relates to performance.Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for medical staff.Other continuous improvement projects as assigned.Conduct self in a professional manner.
Demonstrate organizational skills that promote timely response to all inquiries and to project completion.Communicate with all individuals in a positive and professional manner.Attempt to resolve individual issues with peers in a positive, calm manner, with a focus on solution.Communicate concerns and provide solutions for same.Attend outside seminars to promote professional growth.Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude toward parties outside Rogers (patient families, visitors, vendors, etc.).Comply with the Hospital's policies and procedures, including Human Resources, Infection Control and Employee Health policies and programs.Project a professional image by wearing appropriate, professional attire.Additional Job Description:

Tact is required to deal effectively with employees and professional staff. Logical thinking and discretion are required to make decisions in initiating and implementing policies and procedures and standards.Ability to read and communicate through written, verbal and auditory skills.Physical/mental ability to perform job duties as verified by a physical examination by a licensed physician, prepost-employment physical.Familiar with the Microsoft® Office Suite.Education/Training Requirements:
