WHO WE NEED:
Arootah is searching for an experienced Office Manager to consult with our highly prestigious client base. As a consultant, you will work with our Hedge Fund and Family Office clients to provide expert advice and support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A CONSULTANT:
What You'll DoProvide advice and guidance to Arootah clients who seek help with their Office Management needs. This will involve consulting some of the leading Hedge Funds and Family Offices in the world and sharing your experience as an expert in office management to help clients:Improve processes for optimal flowSupport the execution of of effective action plansIdentify internal and contextual roadblocksBreak apart goals into actionable stepsProvide client with resources associated with associated with implementing a thorough action planImplement policies, procedures, and control measuresQualifications
Minimum of bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within a Hedge Fund, Alternative Investment Firm or Family OfficeExperience working with sophisticated institutional clientsDemonstrated analytical and quantitative skillsSuperb written and verbal communication skillsStrong team player with strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with personnel across senior levels of the firmSelf-starter with strong project management and follow-through skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsEnjoys organizing and is extremely detail orientedEducation and work experiences that demonstrate proficiency to perform the variety of responsibilities described
$90 - $150 an hour
