As part of a dynamic new team, you'll have the chance to collaborate with diverse cultures, engage with overseas customers, and deepen your understanding of global customs processes. You'll be joining an energized, expanding group, working closely with our FIJI Water colleagues. This role presents endless opportunities to build strong relationships with global partners and contribute to the company's success.
This position will be based at our Tucson, AZ office and working a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.

Job DescriptionObtain manifests from all ports prior to the vessel's arrival in the United States and reconcile them to ensure accuracy, reporting any discrepancies to the Vessel Planner before dischargeEnsure the timely submission and accuracy of Inward Cargo Report and clear errors if neededConfirm that payment has been received from the load port and that destination payments are settled before releasing the cargo from container terminalLiaise with customs to facilitate cargo release as neededPrepare documentation including arrival notices, delivery orders, and invoicesEnsure the accurate maintenance and updating of the billing systemConduct thorough account reconciliationsMaintain accounts receivable files and recordsProduce monthly financial and management reportsInvestigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiriesFacilitate the release of cargo by verifying customer accounts and payment statusesProactively follow up with debtors to ensure timely payment collectionQualifications
Minimum 1 year of work experience in an import/export roleA degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience requiredTeam player with positive, customer-centric attitudeExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment with changing deadlinesEffective time management and planning skillsProven ability to prioritize and manage expectationsKeen eye for detail and desire to problem solveCapable of working independently while maintaining high productivity levelsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) at an intermediate levelExperience with CargoWise is preferredAdditional Information
