Hiring Concrete Project Managers!
You'll play a pivotal role in our projects' success, managing concrete projects. The right candidate will be self-motivated, independent, and able to work under tight deadlines in the fast-paced construction industry.
Must have experience in commercial concrete structures to be considered.
Location: On-site
Pay 100k-140k DOE + Bonus and Bebefits

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager on concrete construction projects including structural concrete, flatwork, tilt-wall, and architectural. Strong communication skills, able to lead meetings with clients Proficient in Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Procore Construction Management or an Engineering degree is preferred Concrete Project Manager Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers, architects and other workers in the same project Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements Report project progress and budget to client Explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables
