Responsibilities
Follow supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food productionSet up and operation of kitchen equipmentClean equipment properly according to correct proceduresKeep workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stockedPerform other duties as assignedQualifications
Ability to follow recipes and food abbreviationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detailBasic math skillsNo experience or diploma requiredPhysical Requirements
Able to stand for long periods of time including bending, lifting, reaching, and stretchingAble to lift 20 lbs or moreExposed to variable temperatures, depending on the season; may work frequently in a hot, damp, or very cold environmentShift Details
