Adecco is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a local Client located in Syracuse, NY

This is a temp to hire opportunity paying $19.00/hour.

**Hours:**

Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

**Administrative Assistant - Manufacturing duties include:**

Review of all batch production documentation for accuracy and completeness, verify and reconcile material counts, review mathematical calculations & conversions for accuracy, investigate errors/discrepancies, enter data in tracking database(s), and assist on packaging line as needed.

Verify accuracy of returned component and label quantities, complete accountability worksheets, production order, formula card, and material requisition documents. Scan all production records and maintain electronic files. Prepare monthly reports.

**Qualifications**

+ Computer skills including Microsoft Office

+ Office experience with clerical and administrative tasks

+ Customer service and phone etiquette proficiency

+ Organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Typing speed and accuracy

+ Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

+ Prior data analysis experience

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities include:**

+ Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously.

+ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

+ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

+ Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and subordinate instructions.

+ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, coworkers, and other individuals.

**Education/Experience:**

High school or equivalent, 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment with product and documentation familiarity.

**Pay Details:**

$19.00 per hour
