We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst, in Edina, MN. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships within various business functions. You will identify opportunities to improve business performance by applying technology, information, and process improvements while creating plans and documenting requirements to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Creates business process models of current and proposed systems. Defines requirements, builds logical models, provides quality documentation of user requirements, and maintains capability matrixes. Collaborate with leaders to understand the strategy and define solution requirements in terms of business capabilities and broad outcomes. Supports one company's business capabilities and product roadmap development. Influencing company synergies and building out new business capabilities. Focused activities, systems, and processes include invoicing, warehousing, vendor management, and product specification Support business automation by collaborating on opportunities that accelerate revenue, mitigate business risk or create efficiencies within Element Business Operations and across teams. Serves as a liaison between the business unit and IT in support of the relationship management function. Identifies opportunities and performs in a consultative role. Supports the innovation process and the introduction of potential solutions through researching competitors, vendors, industry solutions, emerging technologies, and managing RFI/RFP processes. Participates in escalation situations for projects and support issues. Maintains vendor relationships and ensures the solutions meet Element Electronics' stated objectives through the facilitation of user acceptance testing. Lead or facilitate business process improvement initiatives, leveraging knowledge in Lean principles, Scaled Agile, and continuous improvement. Provides leadership and development of project plans & estimates; monitors and directs project plans, when assigned; identifies and resolves issues; and communicates the status of assigned projects. Involved in change management activities. Influence & broaden company mindset and growth through mentoring across functions. Provides internal customer service to ensure systems continually meet or exceed the users' expectations. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience as a business analyst and/or system analyst 5+ years of experience working with ERP solutions and integrations Experience in an industry/manufacturing organization Experience and knowledge in NetSuite or WMS & manufacturing modules Advanced project management skills including strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently Advanced Business process management and modeling skills. Knowledge of business and strategic planning processes and principles, theories, and concepts Skilled in systems integration testing, user testing, writing and executing test cases, and supporting the business through the UAT process Advanced knowledge of systems development principles, theories, and concepts Advanced change management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience in writing functional specification documents and business process modeling Experience in data management, organization, and analysis Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project techniques Additional Information
