Summary

HII, Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Program Integrator/Army Acquisition Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of Army Uncrewed Launched Effects (LE) platforms.

As a Program Integrator in the Command, Control, and Effects (C2E) Product Office, you will exercise a high degree of initiative and independence in the development of acquisition strategies and initiation of new programs. This is a tough, demanding role that requires a highly motivated and self-starting individual.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Brief mid and senior level staff within PM UAS and PEO Aviation.

Develop strategies that detail Army Acquisition events, reviews, and documentation necessary to achieve Army decisions and transition programs between lifecycle phases.

Assist with construction of contract requirements packages (CRP), including supporting development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to vendors/primes to include input to the performance work statements (PWS)/Statement of Work (SOW) and associated Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), as well as coordination of functional requirements allocation board (FRAB) activities.

Participate in Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and P/R Form preparation.

Analyze programmatic and technical data affecting the fielding and support of Product Systems; perform requirements analysis; provide input to trade studies and decision briefs; provide requirements expertise and inputs to working groups and review boards.

Prepare reports and briefings.

Provide administrative/technical support to conferences, briefings, meetings, working groups, and integrated product teams (IPTs).

Minimum Qualifications

10 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Master's in related field.

Strong proficiency in Army Acquisition.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Army Program Office experience, preferably in PEO Aviation, with an emphasis on initiating new Army Programs.

Experience managing, executing, and integrating JCIDS, PPBE, and DAS processes and understand stakeholder requirements.

Preferred Requirements

Experience with Army Uncrewed Launched Effects systems or related technologies.

Experience in DoDIs 5000.01, 5000.02, and 5000.85, as well as other traditional and non-traditional acquisition approaches.

Physical Requirements

Job performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the discipline.
