The Compl AML Core Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

Responsibilities:

Enhance and implement of best -in-class support

Provide expert ability creating power point presentations

Support global technology for CRIU PSS (KMT, ELC, AI, Sharepoint)

Provide expert level power point creation support for PSS leadership

Support updates to the Knowledge Management Tool (KMT) and subsites

Provide support and back up coverage as a technical resource for SharePoint

Act as a problem solver for technical needs within the Global CRIU PSS team

Manage the permissions process for the KMT

Collaborate with stakeholders and sponsors of all organizational levels

Provide support for staff to adhere to global standardized Citi protocols for document management

Act as a technical resource for SharePoint, Collaborate and other technology administration as needed

Support multiple projects, with cross-business, cross-functional or global impact.

Demonstrate the ability to distill complex information for practical application

Adhere to global standardized Citi protocols for document management

Manage new and additional duties as assigned.

Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

5-8 years relevant experience

2+ years website maintenance experience preferred

2+ years AML experience

Advanced level of sharepoint2019/SPOL, MS Office Suite and website maintenance

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and detail oriented

Proficient in Excel and Word – ability to learn multiple system applications quickly

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Strong verbal and writing skills

Support VOE initiatives within the PSS Function both Tampa and Global

Provide learning opportunities on appropriate topics in the MS Suite of products for the PSS teams

Be adaptable to change and working in a utility style role

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
