Amazon is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Program Manager for the Power and Industrial Vehicle Technologies Team (PIVT). This person will be supporting and leading projects for the Customer Fulfillment Organization and should be willing to dive in head-first, and help a high-performing team manage complex dependencies, project timelines, and technical specifications. The PIVT team supports the World Wide Services Engineering organization in deployment of advanced technology on Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and related material handling equipment (MHE). This position requires the ability to innovate, and implement process improvement projects to improve safety and efficiency of our facility centers.
Successful candidates will be natural self-starters who has Program Management experience and understand fulfillment center operations. The Program Manager will be comfortable with ambiguity and be a force for driving definition by forming project standards. Through such efforts, this person will help control costs by minimizing waste. This person must to be comfortable interfacing and building relationships with individuals at various job levels across multiple partner organizations.
Key job responsibilities
Understand, educate, and enforce technical standards and specifications with internal and external partners.
Manage implementation plan and partner with FC resources and vendors to deploy technologies in Amazon Fulfillment centers.
Evaluate current working procedures and tools and identify areas to streamline the process to make it more customer friendly.
Work with cross functional team (EHS, Operations, Procurement, Finance and IT) to kick off, follow up on the project key requirements with the stakeholders and launch on-time.
Coordinate and engage with different teams across the network to accomplish projects.
Conducting standing meetings/calls with internal stakeholders to discuss change requests and provide status updates.
Develop and roll-out standard work.
Identify and manage project risks.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Experience working with IT and Networking systems and technologies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
