Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, the Talent Specialist is responsible for supporting key Talent Management initiatives, including Performance Management, Coaching and Feedback Strategy, Talent Review, Internal Mobility, Succession Planning, Skills/Competency Modeling, Assessment Strategy, Mentorship Programs, and Onboarding. This role will collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement strategies that drive organizational growth and support a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Responsibilities/Duties

Performance Management:

Assist in the implementation of Performance Management systems.

Support goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback processes.

Coaching and Feedback Strategy:

Assist in developing and implementing coaching frameworks and feedback strategies.

Provide support for leadership development programs.

Talent Review:

Support talent review processes to identify high-potential employees.

Assist in collaboration with senior leaders for alignment with business objectives.

Internal Mobility:

Promote internal career growth opportunities.

Assist in facilitating internal mobility programs and identifying key moves.

Succession Planning:

Assist in succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity.

Support the identification and development of high-potential employees.

Skills/Competency Modeling:

Help develop and maintain competency models.

Ensure alignment with business needs and industry best practices.

Assessment Strategy:

Support the implementation of assessment tools and processes.

Ensure assessments are fair, reliable, and valid.

Mentorship Programs:

Assist in designing and managing mentorship programs.

Help monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.

Onboarding:

Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs.

Support the effective integration of new hires into the organization.

Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications – what you need to perform the job

Education

Required (minimum):Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

Required (minimum):Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Talent Management or related HR roles

Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Healthcare Industry

Skill Requirements

Basic understanding of Talent Management principles and best practices.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in HR technologies and Talent Management systems.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions and Additional Requirements

Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.

Work may requiresimultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard andsitting for extended durations.

May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
