Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Lead with 18 + years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Program and Resource Management Portfolio Management Delivery Management Big Data Management and Account Management Skills. Proficiency in AWS Cloud Data Science Data Modelling and Databricks is essential. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Oversee resource allocation and management to optimize project delivery and team performance.
  • Provide strategic direction for portfolio management ensuring projects are prioritized and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage delivery processes to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes for all projects.
  • Utilize big data management skills to handle large datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Implement AWS Cloud solutions to enhance project scalability and efficiency.
  • Apply data science techniques to analyze complex data and support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain data models to ensure data integrity and consistency across projects.
  • Leverage Databricks for advanced data analytics and machine learning applications.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to encourage innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress and performance providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all project activities.
Qualifications
  • Possess a minimum of 18 years of experience in Program and Resource Management Portfolio Management and Delivery Management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Big Data Management and Account Management Skills.
  • Proficient in AWS Cloud Data Science Data Modelling and Databricks.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement.
Certifications Required

AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Salary and Other Compensation:

Application will be accepted until November 30, 2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $104,000- $165,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
