Associate Mental Health Therapist
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: You choose! Work four 10 - hour days onsite or work from home one day a week with four days onsite.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Calo Programs, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to support client progress, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy. By utilizing relational, systemic, and experiential modalities, you’ll help clients process their emotions, strengthen relationships, and build effective coping strategies. Plus, you'll have the unique opportunity to work with over 40 Golden Retrievers in our canine therapy program, enriching your therapeutic approach.

Responsibilities:
What you'll do:
Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help bring about systemic change in struggling families.Collaborate with our Animal Assisted Therapy teamCounsel students in various experiential settings such as camping, hiking, rappelling, and more with our Adventure Therapy department.Participate in weekly interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans for students.Actively participate in family weekends, offering therapeutic support to families, and contributing to the overall healing process.Qualifications:
How you'll shine:
Associate License: Master of Social Work (MSW), Master of Clinical Social Work (CSW), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Associate Marriage and Family Therapy (LAMFT), or Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC).
