Job Title: Construction Quality Control ManagerJob DescriptionThe Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) is responsible for managing and performing daily quality control responsibilities of specific projects to ensure construction meets established minimum standards. This role includes overseeing and reviewing documentation and physical inspections, working with internal and external personnel to produce and document a quality product. The CQCM reports directly to the CEO to avoid conflicts of interest between productivity, schedule, and quality objectives.Hard SkillsQuality Control Manager certification with the Corps of EngineersExperience using quality control software and managing submittals and reports using QCS5+ years of experience as a superintendent, inspector, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Construction Manager on $10-$15M Navfac or USACE projectsCurrent OSHA 30 CertificationSoft SkillsStrong communication skillsAttention to detailProblem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with various personnelJob TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 9 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in San Diego, California.Work EnvironmentThe role involves approximately 10% travel. The CQCM must be able to lift 50+ lbs and inspect all areas of a construction job site in various weather conditions.
