Position: State Implementation Specialist - Denver, CO (Contract)
Mode: Temporary assignment beginning early Dec through the end of April 2025
Location: Remote with the possibility of travel up to 50% of the time within local region

We need an exceptional Implementation Support Specialist to join our Statewide College and Career Readiness Program Management (SCPM) team. If you love solving complex problems, building strong relationships, and going the extra mile for customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As our Implementation Specialist, you'll:
Be the lead point of contact for schools, districts, and state education departmentsProactively identify and resolve SAT/PSAT administration issuesConduct readiness outreach and training for digital testingManage escalations and manual workaroundsBuild trust through responsive, personalized customer serviceImprove processes and expand program accessWe need someone passionate about clearing barriers so all students can own their future. If you have 3-5 years experience in education program implementation, excellent communication abilities, and the drive to go the extra mile for customers, you'll thrive in this role.

Compensation Range:
$45-$50/hr DOE.
