**TIG Welders Needed!****Monday- Friday $17/HR****Job Description**We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly and welding of commercial and industrial solar panel racks/frames. You will read and interpret shop drawings and assemble components accordingly using a jig. Additional responsibilities include helping with the loading and unloading of products and operating a forklift.**Responsibilities**+ Assemble and weld commercial and industrial solar panel racks/frames.+ Read and interpret shop drawings for accurate assembly using a jig.**Essential Skills**+ 1+ years of experience in welding.+ Proficiency in TIG welding on aluminum.+ Experience in using hand and power tools.+ Ability to read and interpret diagrams and blueprints.+ Mechanical assembly experience.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**+ Experience in MIG welding.+ Familiarity with production welding and the manufacturing industry.+ Ability to handle sheet metal and fabrication tasks.+ Mechanically inclined with experience in using jigs.**Work Environment**This role operates on a Monday to Friday, first shift schedule with an 8-hour workday.
